Don Crosby has practiced architecture in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 50 years. He graduated from Stanford University in 1960 and worked for four prominent architectural firms in California before co-founding his own architectural practice in 1965. Early in 1996, he merged his practice with the Ratcliff Architects in Emeryville, CA.

Don has functioned as a project designer and principal-in-charge of a broad variety of project types including single and multi-family residential, professional sports, military, academic, commercial and institutional. Additionally, he has served his firm as principal-in-charge of marketing, architectural design, interior design, production, risk management and as the firm’s contracting officer. Projects under his direction have received over 40 design and community awards.

Don is also a Forensic Architect and has served the legal community for over 30 years as an expert in the fields of architecture and construction.
